Dream-Travel Booking Conditions
These booking conditions are valid for all Dream-Travel groups departing after October 1, 2022, and are subject to change with or without notice. The most current Booking Conditions at the time of your departure will apply.
Responsibility Over Service Providers
Dream-Travel, its employees, shareholders, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, successors, agents, and assigns, expressly disclaim ownership, operation, or control over any individual or entity providing goods or services for your trip, encompassing lodging facilities, airlines, vessels, transportation companies, guides, local ground operators, entertainment or sightseeing operators, providers or organizers of optional excursions, and food service providers. All such individuals and entities are acknowledged as independent contractors. Consequently, Dream-Travel bears no liability for any negligent or willful acts or omissions of such individuals or entities, or of any third party
Enrollment Deadline and Passport Information
All enrollment forms must be submitted to Dream-Travel no later than 120 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Travelers are required to provide their complete first, middle, and last names, along with their date of birth, exactly as they appear or will appear on their passports. Any alterations or corrections to match passport names requested after the 120-day deadline necessitate modifications to the flight reservation, incurring a minimum fee of $200 per airline, up to the cost of a new published fare ticket. Such changes may also result in a departure from the group’s original flight itinerary. Travelers who have not yet applied for a passport must supply their full name and date of birth as indicated on their birth certificate.
Travel Document Obligations and Entry Guidelines
It is the responsibility of each traveler to procure a valid passport and any necessary visas for their respective tour prior to departure. For specific tours, Dream-Travel requires passport information to be provided no later than 110 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Failure to obtain these essential travel documents will result in the application of Dream-Travel’s standard cancellation policy. Furthermore, travelers are advised to ensure that their passports remain valid for a minimum of six months beyond the conclusion of the tour. Non-U.S. citizens are urged to liaise with the embassy or consulate of the countries they intend to visit to ascertain any specific entry requirements. It is imperative to carefully review the itinerary for all countries to be visited, including those during transit. For further guidance, please refer to the U.S. Department of State website at www.travel.state.gov. Additionally, it is mandatory for all unaccompanied minors under the age of 18 traveling abroad to possess a notarized letter of permission bearing the signature of a parent or legal guardian
Name Change Requests
Clients are hereby advised to promptly notify Dream-Travel in the event of a name change request for an airline ticket. It is emphasized that any such request made within 60 days of departure may be subject to refusal by the air carrier and may result in the imposition of additional fees.
Use of Media Content
Dream-Travel hereby reserves the exclusive right to produce and retain audio and visual recordings during its excursions. By participating in said excursions, the participant explicitly consents to this provision. Dream-Travel is entitled to utilize these recordings for promotional or commercial purposes and may distribute them to third parties without any obligation to compensate the participant. Furthermore, the participant agrees to irrevocably assign and transfer to Dream-Travel all rights, titles, and interests in and to any media, including photographs, associated with the excursion, irrespective of the presence of the participant’s name or likeness therein. It is imperative for participants to thoroughly comprehend and assent to these terms before embarking on any excursion. Any inquiries regarding these terms should be addressed to Dream-Travel for clarification.
Behavior Code. Rules and Regulations:
Dream-Travel offers an array of exclusive opportunities and experiences. To ensure participants derive optimal benefit within a safe and respectful milieu, diligent review of the Behavior Code, Rules, and Regulations is mandated. It is acknowledged that these guidelines, established by Dream-Travel, set forth a baseline of requirements, subject to augmentation prior to and/or during the tour. I attest to the suitability of these requirements for the enrolled participant and commit to comprehensive discussion thereof to ensure their full comprehension and agreement prior to travel.
At Dream-Travel, a culture of mutual respect between chaperones and students is fostered. As a student participant, it is incumbent upon you to contribute to the tour’s positive and enjoyable atmosphere for yourself, fellow students, directors, and chaperones. Adherence to high standards of conduct, accountability for personal actions, and acceptance of consequences are expected. This includes exhibiting honesty, courtesy, and consideration towards all members of the group and individuals encountered during the tour. Compliance with stipulated behavior standards is imperative to uphold this ethos. The student participant is expected to adhere to directives, the Behavior Code, Rules, and Regulations, and guidelines established by the Director, chaperones, and/or Dream-Travel, both pre- and post-departure. All participants bear responsibility for their actions, with Directors and chaperones accountable for the conduct of their respective groups.
Zero tolerance is maintained for certain behaviors, such as:
Alcohol and Tobacco: Prohibition of tobacco, non-prescription drug usage, and alcohol consumption.
Drugs: Strict prohibition of all drug usage, recognizing the severe international penalties.
Arrests: Participants arrested by authorities absolve Dream-Travel of responsibility, with potential consequences subject to local law enforcement jurisdiction.
Adherence to rules and regulations set by governmental agencies and third-party vendors, along with compliance with instructions from chaperones, Directors, and Dream-Travel staff, is mandatory. Responsible utilization of hotel facilities is expected, with participants liable for any damages incurred. Participants must observe hotel quiet hours, curfew, and group activities, remaining in their assigned rooms during stipulated periods. Departure from the group requires explicit authorization. The participant assumes sole responsibility for safeguarding personal documents, including passports and travel tickets. Violation of regulations may result in expulsion at the discretion of chaperones, the Director, or Dream-Travel. In such instances, the parent/guardian will be promptly notified, with the participant repatriated at the parent’s expense, with no recourse for refund from Dream-Travel.
Rooming Assignment Policy
Dream-Travel is responsible for the final allocation of rooms for all travelers. It is imperative that all rooming requests be submitted no later than 110 days prior to the scheduled departure date. Students will be accommodated in double, triple, or quad rooms with individuals of the same gender from the entire tour group. Adults will be assigned twin accommodations, comprising a hotel room with two beds, and will be paired with another adult of the same gender from the entire tour group unless a specific roommate’s name has been provided. Upon request, adults may opt for double-bed accommodations, entailing a room with one bed intended for two occupants, or may request a single room for an additional fee per hotel night. Please note that single rooms are not available on overnight train.
Lost belongings
Dream-Travel shall bear no liability for the loss of passports, airline tickets, or any other travel-related documents, nor for the loss of, or damage to, luggage or any other personal belongings of passengers.
Food allergies
Dream-Travel recognizes that some travelers may have severe food allergies. Dream-Travel will do its best to ensure that our suppliers are informed of the situation, but Dream-Travel cannot guarantee that all requests will be accommodated. Travelers are responsible for making their own arrangements for all in-flight meals
Baggage
Excess baggage incurs additional fees, the details of which passengers are advised to ascertain from the airline’s official website.

Is Covid-19 covered by the insurance?
The best answer is from the insurance themselves:
“Please note that COVID is treated like a medical condition.
